WONDERFUL experience for myself and my husband Jack. Mark’s expertise, patience, excellent customer care & service made the transition to (1st time) hearing aids for Jack VERY easy. Not to mention my joy in not having to repeat repeat REPEAT. Our only regret is not getting them sooner.
